Amazing.
This is a great jacket. Perfectly windproof with enough insulation to keep you warm once you get a sweat up. I do 250-350 miles per month and never even have to bother with another layer under this in New England winters. I've worn it at 10F with one layer under it and it was fine. Really, you won't find a better cycling jacket for cold, cold weather. The reflective material is great. The Windstopper fabric is waterproof, at least when new.
Only downside is some sort of front radio pocket would be nice. And because it's a slim cut, it's not the appropriate choice for a commuting jacket that you can throw on over other clothes.
I think the other reviewer was reviewing the wrong item: this is an insulated cycling jacket and is too bulky to fit in any sort of pocket. Unless you're a kangaroo.

Bad zipper
Overall a great jacket, but the zipper broke after less than 6 months. The male part that gets inserted into the slider fell off. I have contacted customer service and we shall see what they do.
The fit of this jacket is "race fit". It fits easily into a jersey pocket
